Features of automatic peeling machine:

1, This machine is all made of high quality stainless steel and food grade rubber except transmission.

2, Upper&lower crushing devices can be replaced by upper&lower cutting devices, which could be used for lemon and passion fruit.

3, The gap between upper and lower crusher rolls,which are flexible-structured, it can be adjusted.

4, Using crusher device separate the seed and skin of pomegranate.

5, The speed of stirring shaft and trommel is adjustable.

6, High peeling rate,peeling thickness adjustable,low breakage rate,multifunctional,convenient,

environmental protection,automatic operation

7, Skin and seeds meat separation rate: above 97%;Skin breakage rate: less than 1%.

Structure of automatic pomegranate peeling machine:

This machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, upper crushing plant, lower crushing plant, rotating sieve, stirring shaft,screw pump and rack components, etc.

Working principle of automatic pomegranate peeling machine:

1, Pomegranates enter the upper crushing plant through feeding hopper, and the upper crushing plant presses pomegranates into parts, with 20mm between the two rollers.

2, Then pressed pomegranates go into the lower crushing plant and be pressed again, with 10mm between the two rollers.

3, After two stage pressing, the pomegranates are basically skin-seed separated and fall into the separation plant, with the stirring of mixer shaft, pomegranate seeds fall down from the sieve hole and pomegranate skins are discharged from the after body. The upper and lower crushing

rollers are flexible structure and the interval can be adjusted. pomegranate seeds and juice are transferred to presser using screw pump of next procedure.
