Feature of grape crusher and stem remove machine:

1, This machine is specially used to process fresh grapes for wine plant. It can destem ,

clean the stem ,crush grape and deliver grape pulp and other process procedure. It is ideal equipment for small and medium wine plant.

2, Quantitative feeding into screw, first destemming and second crushing.

3, Enough length of destemming rotating screen, it can adapt to a variety of grape varieties.

4, The stem with less fruit after discharge from the machine.

5, The crushing device is located at the lower part of the screen, and the crushing roller is made of highly elastic and non-toxic rubber.

6, Crushing device and the body fast-open connection, you can pull open the cleaning without any tools.

7, Feeding pump is the mobile health-type screw pump, placed in the lower part of the broken device, and can be easily removed.

Working principle of grape crusher and stem remove machine:

Materials get into stemming rotary screen quantificationally from hopper through conveying screw.Stems are separated from grapes by the blades on stemming shaft with the revolve of stemming shaft.

Stemming blades are installed on the spindle spirally and throw stems away from the end of rotary screen with high revolving speed.Then stemmed grapes fall into crushing plant below from round holes on rotary screen.

Grapes are broken according to the requirement of processing with the rotary extrusion of two sets of crusher roll.Finally broken pulp falls into conveying pump of single screw and is conveyed to the process of next.
