SGZ Three-column Centrifuge is made by adding program control equipment to SG model tripod under-scraper discharge filter centrifuge. It is suitable for processing at noxious site such as pesticide, Chemical, Drug and melting. It is easy to operate, power saving.

Working Principle:

Adjustable speed motor drives revolving drum to revolve at a middle speed. Feeding valve opens and material is put in revolving drum through feed pipe. Feeding is stopped when it has reached preset volume. Revolving drum revolves at a high speed. With the function of centrifugal force liquid phase discharges through filter cloth and filter opening in the drum wall. Solid phase is left in the drum. Revolving drum revolves at a low speed and scraper scrapes the solid phase from drum wall and discharge at the bottom of centrifuge.
